Come Dragon Boating with Blind Beginnings!

This Community Discovery will be broken into three sessions as follows:

October 01st (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM) - dry land orientation to the Centre, Dock, Boat & Equipment

October 05th (7:00 PM - 7:45 PM) - Zoom training, link will be provided for home participation

October 15th (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM) - on the water, tail-gate hot chocolate & chips to follow

The October 1st and 15th sessions will take place at the Fairway Gorge Paddle Club - 2940 Jutland Road, Victoria BC.
The Oct. 5th session will be virtual.

Food
Bring a water bottle to keep hydrated and energy bar for on the water with a snack for afterwards. A tail-gate get together will occur following the session on October 15th.

Gear
Athletic wear, weather dependent and going with layers with a dry set of clothes and towel for after the on water session. Always good to have a ball cap and sunglasses at the ready.

This event is open to all Blind Beginnings members, minimum age of any participant 6yrs (must be accompanied by a parent if between 6-12yrs old). All members may invite one other family member or a friend.

Waiver and Release Form
All participants, (student, family, friend) must print, complete, sign and bring the waiver form to the Oct. 01st session.
