Come join us and our Vancouver Island families on Sunday, March 10th as we get a personalized, hands-on view of the Victoria Fire Hall, related equipment and fire safety tips.

With thanks to the Rudd Family, Fire Fighter Paul and his son Finley, we will be guided through the fire hall, equipment and safety information.

Some things we will see and learn about are:

  • Equipment (Fire fighter suit, axe, pick, breathing apparatus, fire extinguishes, hoses, Jaws of Life)

  • Learn to use a fire extinguisher.

  • Information about fire safety skills and emergency response (move low, check door temp before open, breath through a wet towel, etc).

Please register by March 1 so space, equipment and snacks can be organized.
